~ Returns, Exchanges and Damage Policy ~

 

 

Please contact us if you have any questions about an item's eligibility for return.

 

Special Order, Custom Orders are non-refundable.

 

All returns, exchanges and damaged items are required to be reported immediately with 48 hours. If your request falls out of the 48 hour window no exchange or credit will apply. All returns are required to be approved and no item can return with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any return without approval and a RMA authorization will be refused and sent back at your expense. You may contact Walls Within via email address or phone. This applies to all items on website.

 

Return Request: All returns must be submitted in writing within 48 hours. If you need to contact us email us at www.adm@ wallswithin.com or by phone. Have your order number handy and please let us know the reason for the return or exchange. After submitting your return request, we will review your information once approved we will email the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) with instructions for returning the item.

 

Damaged Items:

 

Due to Walls Within stringent manufacturer's policies and regulations all damaged and defected merchandise must be reported immediately within 48 hours. If damage is not reported during 48 hour window the claim will be denied. Keep all the original shipping packaging until all claims are settled. If at all possible please provide pictures of condition of box and contents. Again, all items without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be refused and sent back at your expense.

 

Eligible Items for Return: All returns must be authorized. All items without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be refused and sent back at your expense. A return RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be forwarded to you with instructions on how to return the product. All items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition. Items that are used and soiled will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Returns on eligible items that are not defective in some instances will incur a 30% restocking. Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less shipping and handling. Standard Shipping charges will apply for all non- defective approved returns. Again, Items without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be refused and sent back at your expense.

 

Non- Eligible Items for Return:

 

Furniture, Accent Furniture, Rugs, Lighting, personalized items, final sale items. All Custom orders are non-fundable. A return RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be forwarded to you with instructions on how to return product. All items without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be refused and sent back at your expense. Please note approved authorization will be issued has a replacement only. Final sale item are non-refundable.

 

Return or Exchanging Free Shipping Items:

 

Several of our product lines feature free shipping. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If exchanging a free shipping item for a standard shipping product, you will be charged our regular shipping cost.

 

Furniture: Residential delivery is curb side unless otherwise noted. Products will be shipped as available. Products must be inspected prior to signing the delivery receipt. Any shipment that is signed with no damage on the box/furniture/accessory will be denied as a claim, except for manufacturer defects. In stock items will be shipped out within 3-4 weeks of payment. Shipments in packing cannot be altered in any form. This includes address changes, any refunds for additional fees, and change of LTL Company (Freight Shipper).

 

Special Request Additional Charges:

 

Any additional charges/services requested will be charged accordingly. (i.e. Consignee’s address requires lift gate/inside delivery and no prior notification was given.)

Shipping charges are subject to change.

 

Call for delivery appointment is an additional $50

Lift gate is an additional $75.

 

Inside Delivery is an additional $75. This is only to place the freight inside the door. This does not include unpacking and placement.

If the driver is out for delivery and customer is not available, there will be a re-delivery charge. Prices vary depending on location.

 

Expedite fee is $200. This fee is only to place the order as a priority. The shipment will leave our docks within 4 business days of payment. This is not a guarantee, as unexpected delays may occur. Expedite fee is non-refundable.

Furniture, Bedding Personalized and Custom Items:

 

Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 48 hours. Unfortunately, claims made after the 48 hours window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned. Please refer to our vendor warranties for specific information on individual policies.

Walls Within reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. You should contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible. If for any reason your custom furniture piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected

Walls Within does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture and custom items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time. Also note that shipping time for freight items (this includes, furniture and some rugs) is approximately We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control as we are considered a third party. We know you'll enjoy the product that is made especially for you!

While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there are some things that are beyond our control. We would love to be able to say that damage never occurs during transit, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Our freight carriers handle your pieces with great care but it is important to understand that from time to time damages do occur.
